As I wrote previously, I had spoken with someone from the Jacobs Engineering ESC Group about a co-op/internship experience in the spring. Offer letters were to be mailed out Nov 15th, and as of Nov 22nd I had heard nothing. Knowing that they had been fairly late to respond last time, I didn’t want to push it, but I finally called on Tuesday (the 22nd) afternoon. “Luckily” the HR person must have already been off work for the holidays, so I received a call back this morning around 11am. Apparently they lost my resume and decided to just put me in the “you don’t exist” pile. The lady mentioned that there was still an opening and suggested that I email her my resume.
Resume sent. Now we’ll see if they manage to lose it again. 
Hopefully their engineers are slightly more organized than the HR department seems to be.
