A story:
Last Wednesday my iBook started flaking out, but I refused to admit that it was dying so I kept fiddling with it. By Thursday it refused to boot 90% of the time, and I knew it was going to require parting with my laptop for a week or more for it to get fixed. Friday morning I called Apple’s support, and they shipped a box to me (to return the laptop for repair). Monday I received the box. Tuesday morning before 11am, DHL came to my door to pickup the iBook.
Let’s hope the rest of the service is this great. One business day getting the box here? sweet! Now I just hope that they have little gnomes that don’t mind working on Thanksgiving to return my laptop quickly…
